  • Wheelchair accessibility?

    There is both a ramp at the external of the building, and a lift internally to provide access to the RDL office on the first floor.

  • Coffee?

    Yes we do have coffee! Come & meet with us at our Blackburn office and enjoy a barista made coffee 🙂

  • Parking at the office?

    We have two allocated client parks situated behind our office building. To access these, drive down Solwood Lane from George St and enter the carpark behind 60-64 Railway Rd. The carparks will be clearly marked ‘RDL Client Parking’.

    There are also limited carparks around Blackburn, however these are 1hr or 2hr spots and ticket inspectors are around regularly.

  • Do I have to meet my accountant or financial planner in person?

    With changing times, we want to provide you with flexible options when it comes to sorting out your finances. Face to face meetings at the Office, online video and phone meetings are available, so please don’t hesitate to let our staff know which option suits you best.

  • What options are there for paying my invoice?

    Payment options include:

    • Credit card payment via our website (Click on the ‘Payments’ tab in the menu bar)
    • Direct Debit/ EFT (see the bottom of your invoice for details)
    • Cheque by mail to our office address – PO Box 1088 BLACKBURN NORTH VIC 3130
